Is the Nation of Australia Merely the South Pacific Branch of the CIA?
Australian billionaire Clive Palmer has accused the ruling government of Prime Minister Julia Gillard of being agents of influence of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency which - he claimed - were working through the Rockefeller Foundation.
Australian officials denounced Palmer’s claims, however, the accusation comes one month after it was revealed the U.S. State Department had been briefed of Gillard’s plans to unseat incumbent Prime Minister Kevin Rudd in 2010 during a leadership dispute, weeks before then chief-of-government Rudd found himself ignominiously displaced.
While media have dismissed Palmer’s accusation that the Rockefeller Foundation is a front group for U.S. covert action, the billionaire’s assertions are not without some basis in historical fact. In the early 1980s it was revealed that Harvard University Middle East expert Nadav Safran had accepted more than $100,000 from the CIA for the agency’s right-of-review of a book he had written about Saudi Arabia, and that these funds were supplemented by additional monies paid by the RAND Corporation and the Rockefeller Foundation, purportedly at the agency’s direction. Safran ultimately resigned from Harvard in disgrace.

Stratfor analysts did not believe that Osama bin Laden was buried at sea, according to Stratfor emails. At 5:26 a.m. on May 2 … Stratfor CEO George Friedman sent an email with the subject “[alpha] OBL” that said: “Reportedly, we took the body with us. Thank goodness.” Fred Burton, Stratfor’s vice president for intelligence, followed that up at 5:51 a.m. with an email titled “[alpha] Body bound for Dover, DE on CIA plane.

The world famous whistleblowing group WikiLeaks claims it has documents exposing Sweden’s foreign minister Carl Bildt as an American spy and is promising to publish them soon. The documents prove that Bildt has been a US informer since 1973 and that he collaborated with the US government in ways that contradict Swedish law, the Swedish tabloid Expressen reports.

23 Years Since Death of Zia

Tomorrow marks the anniversary of the death of Pakistani dictator Gen. Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, who - along with nearly three dozen others (including then U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan Arnold Lewis Raphel) - was killed in a mysterious plane crash on August 17, 1988. While the official Pakistani investigation into the crash concluded the crew was incapacitated following intentional release of poison gas (possibly VX) into the cabin, no party has been assigned definitive responsibility.

In his thorough report on the crash for the September 1989 issue of Vanity Fair, Edward Epstein remarked that “The most eerie aspect of the affair was the speed and effectiveness with which it was consigned to oblivion.”

Following are the top four suspects as of 2011.

An English-translation of Nikolay Starikov’s narrated video collage has been posted to YouTube. In it, the Russian author questions the appearance of a seemingly endless supply of NATO-standard FN FAL rifles in the possession of Libyan rebels in the early days of the conflict. Indeed, the sheer volume of shiny, new FN FAL rifles in the hands of Libyan rebels has been so pronounced that firearms enthusiast message boards have started collecting images of insurgents wielding what has been called the west’s answer to the AK-47.

  • CIA Cargo Plane Inbound to Libya

Radio chatter between the Maltese Civil Aviation Directorate and a CIA-linked aircraft was captured yesterday by Dutch radio scanner FMCNL. The aircraft, identifying itself by registration number N3796B, was headed to waypoint ARLOS, a location in the Mediterranean north of Libya. The aircraft’s final destination is unknown.

The aircraft in question was a Lockheed L-100, the civilian version of the iconic C-130 Hercules transport. A 2010 photo of N3796B by a Canadian plane spotter tags the aircraft as operated by Tepper Aviation.

According to the 1997 book “The Destruction of a Nation” by Dr. George Wright of Cal State Chico, Tepper Aviation - which has no website - was previously used by the CIA to run guns to UNITA, the anti-communist Angolan insurgent group. Al-Jazeera yesterday reported the Obama administration has been supplying heavy weapons to Libyan insurgents in apparent violation of United Nations Security Council resolution 1970.

This is certainly not the first CIA flight to Libya. FMCNL previously recorded air traffic chatter from a long-range corporate jet that departed Tripoli 20 minutes prior to the establishment of the No-Fly Zone.

CIA Hypnosis Memo

A CIA memorandum, dated May 1955 and recently obtained by Cryptome, disagrees with the assessment of the medical community that individuals can’t be hypnotized to perform actions against their will.
